I know you are thinking what I am, how much longer is this going to last. So many different opinions, “facts”, theories, etc. I personally have gotten used to wearing a mask all the time. What is harder to get used to is not smiling at people with the mask on. I realize that they cannot see me smiling and I think “should I wink? head nod?” What is the new social ettiquite for acknowledging someone when you make eye contact? How about when you meet someone for the first time? Maybe we should bow, or curtsey. I realize none of this has to do with massage but, I haven’t really been doing much of that lately so not much to talk about.
I hope you all are stretching and moving. Sitting too long is not good for the body. Drink your water and be kind to yourself and others.
That’s all I have for now.
I still miss seeing your faces!
Lots of love (from a social distancing appropriate >6 ft away)
